Life definitely gets on the way, no doubt. As of July, I am sitting at around 150 plus pounds gone. I truthfully don&#8217;t know my exact starting weight but definitely upwards of 400+  lbs. I set my loss goals at20lb increments. It helps to see the full picture, not getting too ahead of myself. I know where I want to be and it&#8217;s within my reach.
